Dare To Believe

Mark 9:23

Jesus said unto him, “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”

Faith is a very powerful force. Professionals in the medical field will tell you that those who have faith to overcome deadly sickness are much more likely to survive than those who don’t. Irrespective of whether a person is a Christian or not, faith and a positive outlook have great benefits. How can this be? The reason is that God put into motion a simple truth. Man is created to be healthy and has the power, as God’s highest creature to effect the natural realm by what he believes. Even in the lost and unregenerate man, there is enough of being created in God’s image left that he has creative power. Just look at all the great accomplishments that have been made by men who are not born again. Take a look at Genesis 11 and see what man was about to accomplish when he dared to believe. God said that nothing would be withheld from them, which they had imagined to do.

Just think about that for a minute. If man who has not been reborn in his spirit and is not even operating in God’s will still has residual power to effect his life and accomplish great feats, how much more does the person who is born again, who has a new nature that is the nature of God have at his disposal.. This person now has the very God who has created all things living inside of him giving him creative power and ability.

Is it any wonder then that the Bible says that nothing shall be impossible to him that believes. I tell you that many of us as believers are missing out on some of the very best and biggest miracles simply because we will not believe. We have been brain washed into thinking that it really doesn’t matter what we believe because God is going to do what God is going to do. Don’t let this lie of the devil that has filled dead religious circles rob you of your miraculous life. Take a step of faith, expect and confess great things, dare to believe the Bible.
