Platform Ministry

We recognize there are many people at Maranatha who have been given a gifting (craft) in worship and have a desire to use it to encourage our congregation. We call this part of our ministry “Platform Ministry,” and it includes vocalists, and instrumentalists involved with weekend or mid-week worship teams.

An evaluation is required for those desiring to be part of any platform ministry. There are two prerequisites. You must:

• Be a member of Maranatha for at least six (6) months (completion of Maranatha DNA is required).
• Attend A Worship Orientation Meeting

People who are called and qualified to be a part of platform ministry at Maranatha will be given an Individual Equipping Plan (I.E.P.) to follow to help encourage their growth in our five areas of focus: Core, Character, Craft, Chemistry and Community.
