Jeremiah 29:11
I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Let me ask you a question. What do you need from God today? If you could ask God for anything at all and know that you would get it, what would you ask for? Think about yourself as you would want to be, healthy and whole in every area of your life. This is God's will for you. First Thessalonians 5:23 says, He desires you to be "preserved sound and complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)" (The Amplified Bible)
God wants each believer to be sound and complete. That means nothing is missing and nothing is lacking in any area of life. It is His perfect will for you to be whole, undamaged and intact in your spirit, soul, and body before Jesus returns. Sounds really good to me, I'll surely go for that.
In light of that fact, let me ask; What changes would you need God to make for this to be fulfilled in your life? What would it take for you to be whole in every area of life?
I bet you are thinking that it would take a miracle for this to happen. Well, hang on, God has one for you. In fact, He has as many miracles as you will ever need. He is the God of the miraculous and even better, He is thinking about you today. He has got you on His mind. To realize this truth is almost more than we can comprehend. The great Creator of heaven and earth has you and me on His mind, that is totally awesome. Yet we know it is true, the verse today says that He is thinking thoughts about us.
Imagine that! When you awoke this morning, God was thinking about you. He was aware of your needs. He was mindful of the blessings that He has laid up for you and was making plans to get them to you. In other words, God has your miracle on His mind.
